A. The Bottom Feeders Aquarium reserves the right to approve or decline a member sign up, please understand that this is not based on personal reasons it clearly depends on your level of experience in looking after fish and by selecting I accept in the members sign up area you agree to all sections of this agreement.


B. The Bottom Feeder Aquarium members area does not always mean you will get discounts as soon as you sign up So by interacting on our website (purchases or advise or by liking our Facebook page or recommending us to other people such as tagging people in posts or sharing our posts or recommending us in social media groups this will get you discounts and rewards. Your discounts will be tier based by length of time you have been subscribed.


C. All information published by The Bottom Feeders Aquarium members area must remain private and confidential photos and pricing of products are not to be published throughout social media unless permission is granted by The Bottom Feeders Aquarium, If you are abusing your membership in this manner you will be removed without notice and you will be banned from shopping with The Bottom Feeders Aquarium for 2 years.




A. The Bottom Feeders Aquarium members page is password protected.  It MUST NOT be given out to anyone that is not a member of The Bottom Feeders Aquarium members area if this agreement is breached (refer to Section A paragraph C ). Will be Actioned.


B. Your personal information is not provided to any persons or companies outside The Bottom Feeders Aquarium By requesting to become a member you accept that The Bottom Feeders Aquarium will send you promotional emails about members exclusive products.


C. The Bottom Feeders Aquarium Stock list is not to be shared on social media unless consent is given by The Bottom Feeders Aquarium. If this agreement is breached (refer to Section A paragraph C ). Will be Actioned. SECTION C) A. The Bottom Feeders Aquarium members area remains free until such time, If this changed The Bottom Feeders Aquarium will notify you of any changes to your membership.



A. The Bottom Feeder Aquarium Services does not normally give refunds if you change your mind.

B. If live fish or plants have been delivered to your address and the fish that have been delivered are incorrect The Bottom Feeders Aquarium will need to pick up the fish from you before a refund will be made this has become policy.

C. DOA's Dead on arrivals. You MUST send us a video or an email with pictures of the dead fish. this must be within 2hours of delivery. If your fish dies after the 24 hour period you are not entitled to a refund as this could be a range of issues with your aquarium water.

D. All fish orders for same day delivery must be paid on the time of delivery via Eftpos/Bank Transfer. There will no longer be invoices sent after the time of delivery.

E. Interstate Delivery DOA's any DOA's must be photographed within 2 hours of delivery with a photo or email to: you will be credited or others replaced.

F. Lost in Transit. Due to the times of covid some deliveries can be delayed. If your order gets lost in transit it will need to be investigated thoroughly before a refund is given. Please understand this can take some time. Once we have an outcome we will follow up by phone on a resolution of a refund.



A. Deliveries are a flat rate fee of $30 for Melbourne Metro (can depend on distance and is subject to discretion if this will be waived.

B. Regional Victoria Delivery fee is $45. flat rate fee. This Rate occurs to metro areas greater than 24km (eg Frankston/Cranbourne/Pakenham/

C. All orders must be placed on or before Wednesday 9:30am for deliveries now to be made on Fridays of each week unless otherwise agreed upon by The Bottom Feeders Aquarium.

D. Delivery fees will not be refunded if we have attended your property for delivery.

E. The Bottom Feeders Aquarium  will notify you before delivery to make sure you will be home to accept the order. If we attempt to deliver and no one is home a second delivery fee will incur. We will wait 10 minutes if no  reply then pickup is available or pay a second delivery fee.



A. If you are unsure about stock levels you are able to call, text or chat with us live to check stock availability

B. When your order is placed we will notify you of any changes of fish being out of stock 

C. If  we notify you by text/call or email and you do not reply your order will be scheduled for the next weeks ordering and delivery.

D. If we can not fulfil your order for any reason your order or part there of can only be refunded once all orders are fulfilled and dispatched a refund can take up to 5 business days.


A. Upon signing up it is your responsibility to read through the terms and conditions 

B. It Is a members responsibility to fill in your profiles with full name ect. those who do not or show no activity will be deleted after 5 days.
